Grief Shouldn’t be Felt Alone…
It hurts to lose someone. The ache of grief can feel overwhelming—especially when the world seems to move on while your heart is still piecing itself back together. In those moments, having support makes all the difference.
That’s where GriefShare comes in.
🤝 What Is GriefShare?
GriefShare is a warm, welcoming support group for anyone who has lost a loved one. It’s a place to be heard, to feel understood, and to find hope again. You’ll be surrounded by people who truly get what you’re going through—and who will walk alongside you as you heal.
You don’t have to carry the weight of grief alone.
🛠 How GriefShare Works
Each weekly session includes three thoughtful elements designed to help you process your grief and move toward rebuilding your life:
- 🎥 Video Seminars with Experts
Each week, you’ll watch a video featuring insights from leading grief recovery specialists. These engaging segments include expert interviews, case studies, reenactments, and on-location stories. - 💬 Group Discussions with Heart
After the video, a trained counsellor guides an honest, supportive conversation among the group. It’s a safe space to talk through what resonates—and what’s happening in your own journey. - 📖 Personal Study and Reflection
Between sessions, you’ll use a workbook that invites personal reflection and journaling. These moments help you deepen your healing and prepare for meaningful group dialogue.
🧭 Is GriefShare Right for You?
This program is specifically designed for those grieving the death of a family member or close friend. If your grief stems from other types of loss—such as divorce, job loss, or estrangement—we understand, and we encourage you to contact our office to discuss other resources and support options that will be better suited to your needs.
