Niagara Life Centre is OPEN for face to face, video, and tele-counselling.

As of March 1st, 2021, our staff will be working from our St. Catharines office as well as from home. Our phone line continues to remain open.

Our current hours of operation are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-4:30pm. Some evening appointments are available.
