God has called Niagara Life Centre staff to be a shoulder of strength to comfort people who are suffering. When our work feels heavy it is because it is…. but we are encouraged that God will equip us in His strength, His grace and His wisdom to fulfill this call.

1 Corinthians 12:12-27 talks about the church as one body that has many parts and here at NLC we are the shoulders. Biblically, shouldering means supporting with all your strength. This is what NLC staff do. This is their calling.

Therefore, they love unconditionally, they serve with unwavering resolve and look to the Holy Spirit for prompting, wisdom and direction as they respond to the daily needs of our clients. Broken marriages are redeemed; mental health strongholds broken; hurting children loved
and unconditionally served; the list goes on. The staff are thankful that they are never alone and their loving Father equips them, His children, to fulfill what He has called them each to do…in the special way they do it.
