When a client living with suicidal thoughts comes to Niagara Life Centre, we come alongside them immediately and work to offer hope.
“I can’t tell you enough how much you are helping me!” says a client as she leaves her appointment session. Overcome with emotion, she gives me a big hug and leaves, uplifted and ready to take on her day.
Niagara Life Centre counsellors have lately been dealing with clients dealing with the loss of loved ones.
God’s hand in this move is very clear. It is a gesture of abounding generosity, grace and extreme favour poured on NLC ministry by Lakeshore Baptist Church.
Praise the Lord we can grieve with hope! Donna is now in the arms of Jesus! For many years she shared with staff her hope in Christ.
Sixty-six year old Debbie lived the majority of her life feeling fragmented and rejected. Constantly carrying those burdensome and worthless feelings around with her often resulted in her making poor life choices.
Masks will be mandatory for anyone entering the centre, and will be provided for those who need one. Physical distancing practices will be exercised, with extra care going into keeping our spaces clean and sanitized. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we navigate through COVID‑19 together.
