Let’s get moving for mental health and Niagara Life Centre together!
Niagara Life Centre is excited to host our annual Walk and Run again this year! Our 5 KM Walk and Run will be held virtually this year between April 24th – May 1st. What does this mean?
- Sign up to participate in the Walk and Run, and download the sponsorship form from our website. (See on the right side of the page).
- Collect sponsorships and pledges for Niagara Life Centre to support you in your walk/run. Download the sponsorship form for you to fill out and email or send back to us after you complete the walk/run.
- Choose a route! Some suggestions for walking, hiking, or running paths are listed below.
- After May 1st, send in or drop off your sponsorship form to Niagara Life Centre, or email it in to firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Participants who raised the most for their age category will win prizes!
