Virtual Walk and Run 2021

Let’s get moving for mental health and Niagara Life Centre together!

Niagara Life Centre is excited to host our annual Walk and Run again this year! Our 5 KM Walk and Run will be held virtually this year between April 24th – May 1st. What does this mean?

  1. Sign up to participate in the Walk and Run, and download the sponsorship form from our website. (See on the right side of the page).
  2. Collect sponsorships and pledges for Niagara Life Centre to support you in your walk/run. Download the sponsorship form for you to fill out and email or send back to us after you complete the walk/run.
  3. Choose a route! Some suggestions for walking, hiking, or running paths are listed below.
  4. After May 1st, send in or drop off your sponsorship form to Niagara Life Centre, or email it in to .
  5. Participants who raised the most for their age category will win prizes!
All money raised from this walk and run will go directly to keeping the counselling and support costs of Niagara Life Centre low and affordable.

COVID‑19 Update:

Niagara Life Centre is OPEN for face to face counselling, with limited video and phone appointments available.

To book an appointment to speak with one of our counsellors, please call the office at 905-934-0021.

Our fall hours of operation are:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm.

Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm.
