Niagara Life Centre is excited to announce our Annual Walk and Run!

Join us on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 for our Annual Walk and Run! There will be a 1K + 5K Fun Run and walk! This family friendly event has something for everyone with light lunch and snacks provided too! This event will be held rain or shine, all outdoors, so please come dressed for the weather!

LOCATION START: Covenant Christian Reformed Church, located at 278 Parnell Rd, St. Catharines, ON (Between Niagara Street and Bunting Road). Walk and run will take place along the Grantham Rail Trail (starting at Parnell). 

8:30 – 9 am – Registration

9:15 am – 5K Walk Begins

9:30 am – 5K Run Begins

9:40 am – 1K Walk Begins

9:45 am – 1K Run Begins

11 am – Lunch & Prizes

Sign up online and register below. After you register online, you can download a paper copy of the registration form to print out. Sponsor donations can be made through credit card below, e-transfers sent to “admin@niagaralifecentre.ca” with participants name in memo line, cash, or cheques made out to Niagara Life Centre.
