Untangling Relationships: getting past the barriers
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM :
Sometimes relationships are hard… Do you struggle with excessively unhealthy reliance on others? Whether these tendencies were formed at an early age in response to a dysfunctional environment or are the result of the hardships experienced in adulthood, we want to help you heal. Join us for Untangling Relationships: A Christian perspective on Codependency. This 12 week program will help you uncover the root causes behind why it’s difficult to make and maintain healthy relationships and teach you how to bring real change to unhealthy patterns of thinking caused by unresolved hurt, anger, fear, or anxiety.

This is a 12 week program.
Our next group will begin on September 10th, 2024 from 5:45pm-7:15pm
This group will be meeting in person at the NLC community space at:
65 Lakeshore Road, St. Catharines, L2N 2T3
COST :
Untangling Relationships is $10/session and $25 for the corresponding workbook.
