Counsellor, MTS (Counselling & Spiritual Care)
Sneha is originally from India and moved to Canada for her educational pursuits. She is passionate about connecting with people from different ethnic backgrounds and listening to their unique stories.
She has a warm, calm, and inviting presence. Sneha strives to connect with people in an empathetic, authentic manner, meeting people where they are at and making them feel noticed and heard. She is a graduate of McMaster Divinity College with a master’s degree in Counseling and Spiritual Care. She is working toward her designation as a Registered Psychotherapist.
Sneha’s education at McMaster Divinity College has shaped her pastoral approach toward counseling which goes well with her professional counseling training. Her areas of counseling interests include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, and trauma. Outside the office, Sneha loves to cook, bake, go hiking, sing, write songs, and use music as therapy for herself and others around her.
