Niagara Life Centre is excited to announce our Annual Walk and Run! Join us on

BBQ at Sunshine Express

Drop by Sunshine Express Garden Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Saturday, May 7th, 2022. Our staff and volunteers will be grilling up hamburgers, and hotdogs on a bun all day. All proceeds from the BBQ will go to support Niagara Life Centre programs.

Niagara Life Centre is offering face to face, video, and tele-counselling appointments.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm

Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
