65 Lakeshore Road will be the new home of NLC. We anticipate our new office will be up and running by Early August, 2017!
God’s hand in this move is very clear. It is a gesture of abounding generosity, grace and extreme favour poured on NLC ministry by Lakeshore Baptist Church. As God continues to lay plans out, we would be moving from a 2,700 sq H facility to one that offers 6,000 sq ft of ministry space. Space for more counselling offices, more group counselling , life skill teaching, community kitchen, teenage prenatal classes, Moms and Tots….
When the sale of our current facilities is completed, it is expected that things will move slowly. This is a God directed project. As we pray for God’s timing, which is always perfect, our hope is for a mid-spring move. We are depending on your gift of time, talent or treasure to create the warm inviting, soft atmosphere that our clients deserve. A place where God’s presence can be felt.
We need approximately $150,000 to complete this renovation project. Many hands make work light! Please prayerfully consider how God would see you participate in His project at NLC. As we move forward doing God’s work together , we remember the apostle Paul’s words to the Corinthians ….. “For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.” 1 Corinthians 3:9
