Young & Pregnant Niagara, a welcoming environment for pregnant teensA twelve week pre-natal program offering prenatal instruction (Public Health curriculum), nutritious snacks and support groups to share experiences.
An eight week closed addiction recovery support group. Meetings are held weekly and facilitated by Dennis Martin BRE, MMCC, member of OACCPP (NLC staff) and Elaine Orr. The group objective is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help individuals transition from an addictive lifestyle(s) to one that is balanced and healthy.
We offer one-hour interactive groups at high schools for 4 weeks in duration. The topics include self-esteem, relationships, stress, friendships, body image and more.

In 2009 & 2010 these groups were offered at Denis Morris High School and Eden High School.
